Pricing
One of the apprehensions of local government units based on their experience regrading free software is the exorbitant charging of support fees of the service providers after the project is turned over to them giving them no choice. We cannot condone such practice as it is unfair to the LGU.
To show our commitment, we are making all our prices transparent and applicable to all kinds of LGU for all services including after sales to give them a proper perspective on how much this will cost them to run the system in the long term. The following are the types of service fees:
Consultancy Service Fees (Through Direct Engagement)
Direct Engagement means the local government units deal directly with our company. All consultancy service packages include on site visit for 2 consultants who will evaluate the site, manage the project roll-out, install the system, perform minor customizations and conduct on the job training for the pilot users for a time period specified in the packages. A one year support automatically follows to monitor and provide support for the system(Refer to the Annual Maintenance Support to view the details of the service). All prices are fixed and already includes VAT. However this does not include travel and accommodation costs of the consultants.

Annual Maintenance Support Plan
The annual maintenance support plan provides maintenance and support service and sustainability of the project for a period of one (1) year. The support includes, but not limited to, bug-fixing, customization of standard reports, minor program customizations, assistance in transaction problems and fixing data, assistance on version upgrades and general queries on the use of the software through the following methods:

Discounts
An LGU that avails the annual support plan can get discounts from the following paid services not included above as follows
discounts of up to 50% on plug-in modules depending on the plug-in
10% discount on all additional on-site visit
On Site Visits
If the LGU requests additional on-site visits to troubleshoot the system or request for training, our professional fees are based on a daily basis. The price below refers only to the professional service fees and does not include travel and accommodation (lodging). All prices are VAT inclusive (Refer to discounts if the LGU availed of the annual support)

Support (Without Annual Plan)
If the LGU has not availed of our annual maintenance plan, the support is based on an hourly basis, or a fraction thereof, as follows.

Training
If the LGU requests for on-site training, professional training fees are shown below. This price does not include travel and accommodation(lodging) costs. All prices are VAT inclusive (Refer to discounts if the LGU availed of the annual support)

Based on experience, an additional staff is required to assist the main trainer. The additional staff service fee is Php 5,000.00 per day.

Plug-in Modules
Plug-in modules are discrete applications that are added to enhance the functionality of E-TRACS. Prices depend on the complexity of the modules. For more information on modules, visit the E-TRACS store.
